The Merino eMERaldz Program is an app-based loyalty program for select professionals (leading architects, interior designers & design consultants). The program curates a bouquet of aspirational experiences, exclusive rewards, and joyful entitlements for its members, with the objective to make Merino's interactions with its stakeholders more engaging and effective.

The program has been inspired by the loyalty of Merino's long-standing partners and it is the company's intention to develop and deliver the best experience to them. The participating members of the program are entitled to receive access to exclusive privileges, annual benefits as well as recognition and support.

• The members are verified before their enrolment in the program. Once their membership is approved, they start earning points on every sale (as per the products mentioned in the point earning matrix). The points earned entitles them to reward value based on their tier, which can be redeemed for exclusive rewards. The rewards are premium products or experiences, which have been thoughtfully chosen, catalogued, and uploaded on the app.
• The program also serves as a medium to communicate the latest in product development to its valued partners, which will further embellish their professional expertise.
• Merino has created a special platform - Merino ADCC (for Merino eMERaldz members only), where members can showcase and promote their projects directly to their prospective clients. That's not all. Architects also get a chance to garner more recognition through the media alliances built by Merino. Merino ADCC can be accessed through the app itself.
• When members redeem reward value with select NGOs, they also get a chance to contribute meaningfully to the society-at-large.

This is how the Program works

Step 1

Sign up for the eMERaldz program and login to Merino eMERaldz Mobile App using your registered mobile number and OTP based login.

Step 2

Facilitate and enable purchase of Merino products (as mentioned in the point earning matrix) from authorized dealers or distributors.

Step 3

Post verification of your purchase by the Merino Team, points against your purchase will be credited to your program account. The points earned in the program will decide your tier and will allocate you reward value accordingly.

Step 4

Redeem your reward value against exciting rewards offered in the Merino eMERaldz Program Rewards Catalogue.

Step 5

Stay updated about your account status and product launches through the app, emails, and SMS.
