Foreign Tour T&C

Travel under FTS (Foreign Tour Scheme) is strictly subject to terms and conditions mentioned below. The member opting for FTS deemed to be read and accepted these terms and conditions, before claiming any benefit under the scheme. Terms and conditions for any international tours:

1. Reward Value or FTS: The member must retain required number of UN- redeemed points in his account, to remain eligible for the FTS (Foreign Tour Scheme) benefit. If members redeem their points from the tier reward value, their eligibility for the FTS may be affected.

2. Flight Departures & Accommodations: All flights for the tour will depart from the following locations and stay would be twin sharing basis:

• Ex Delhi, Ex Mumbai & Ex Bangalore

All travel expenses up to the above airports, shall be borne by the members themselves.

3. Role of the Company: The company (Merino Industries Ltd.) acts solely as a facilitator for the tour and holds no authority over visa issuance. While Company assists in the application process, however, company is not responsible for visa approvals.

4. Tour Destination and Itinerary announcement timeline: The travel details will be announced within 60 days of closure of the current financial year. However, the exact travel schedule will be subject to evolving geopolitical scenarios at that time.

5. Visa Documentation: The members must understand that the company (Merino Industries Ltd.) acts only as a facilitator for the tour and holds no authority over visa issuance. The Visa requirement shared by Company are solely based on each embassy’s checklist and guidelines. To remain eligible for the FTS, all eligible members should submit all required documents as per the checklist provided by the respective embassy.

6. Visa Appointments and Approvals: The appointment scheduling and visa approval process are entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy. The company holds no influence over the timelines or decisions.

7. Non-Cancellation Policy: Once travel is confirmed by the eligible member, no last-minute cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances. In the event that a participant member is unable to travel, the scheme eligible points will deem to be redeemed by the members. In such case, the member is not entitled for any point refund or cash benefit from the Company.

8. Tour Eligibility: The tour is offered exclusively to the eligible members. The company will cover group tour-related expenses (as specified in itinerary) starting from Flight departure airport (Ex Delhi, Ex Mumbai, or Ex Bangalore). Any additional travel to these airports or any extra expenses made by any member during travel, will be paid by the respective member himself/herself.

9. Extra Tickets: The eligible members are entitled to take any one member of his family or friend, by paying for the charges for said extra member. However, only 1 extra member request can be considered for each member, subject to timely request and subject to availability. Upon receipt of such extra member request from the eligible members, the Company will connect such member to their tour partner. The payment for this extra member ticket must be made directly to the tour partner by the concern member, prior to the visa appointment dates. Company holds no responsibility in case any member/s or its extra member’s travel gets held up due to any reason.

10. Tour Destination and Cost: The selection of the tour destination and itinerary are at the discretion of the company.

11. Room and Flight Upgrades: Any requests for room or flight upgrades will be strictly subject to availability and at the cost of the concerned member. The upgrade amount must be paid by the concern member in advance.

12. Itinerary Changes: Members are not entitled to changes the tour itinerary plan, under any circumstances. Company will not be responsible for any itinerary change by the tour partner due to any reason.

13. Medical Emergency: Members shall arrange their personal travel insurance to cover medical emergencies. The company or tour partner shall not be liable for any medical costs incurred during the tour, including hospitalization, medications, or emergency transportation.

14. Illegal Activity: Members are expected to comply with all the local laws of the destination country at all times. Company/Tour Partner, without any liability, is entitled to remove the member, found engaged in unlawful activities, from the tour and the concern member will bear all legal consequences & expenses that may arise. The company/tour partner will not provide any legal assistance or bear any fines, penalties, or other costs related to illegal actions of the members.

15. Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.
